Using devices or apps for commercial/enterprise purposes without written consent.
Modifying, reverse engineering, or tampering with hardware/software.

Attempting unauthorized access to IndeConnect platforms or infrastructure.
Interfering with service operation, other devices, or users.

Device Safety and Installation

Installation Requirements

Devices must be installed by qualified professionals where required.
Comply with all safety codes and manufacturer instructions.
Verify safe electrical and water connections before use.

Warning: Improper installation may cause device malfunction, injury, or damage. IndeConnect is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect installation or misuse.

Payment Terms and Refunds

Payment

All purchases are securely processed through authorized payment gateways.
Prices, taxes, and fees may change at any time.
All fees must be paid in full before device shipment or service activation.

Refund Policy

You may return unused devices in original packaging within 10 days of delivery.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days upon approved returns.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
Customized or installed devices are not eligible for return/refund.
All products have a standard 6-month warranty unless otherwise stated; some parts may have different warranty durations

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, IndeConnect is not liable for:

Indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Loss of data, profit, or business interruptions.
Harms from third-party services, system failures, or network outages.
Damages exceeding the original product purchase price.

User Accounts and Data
